Read MoreI thought this course was very clear and well laid out. It had great information which could really help health professionals give sensible and useful information to clients that could be easily absorbed into a healthy way of eating. My only point would be that I would have liked it to touch on the negative side of some current UK diet trends (it did touch on vegan and keto, thank you for that) with those 'foods' that can cause disruption to the body e.g. processed foods, high refined sugar, effects of caffeine etc and to know how much of an effect these areas have of meno. Thank you though for the course, I did really enjoy it and think it will be useful to many people.
