The course is very well designed and inclusive as it offers audio, visuals and worksheets to cater various learning styles. I particularly enjoyed the short video clip about the Wider Food Story. All resources are very informative and easy to use. As a Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultant, I feel much more confident about this subject and look forward to using my learning from this course into practice.
