The purpose of the booklet

So many people are touched by cancer either experiencing it themselves or supporting friends or family through it. There is so much misleading information on diet and cancer, this is a small contribution to challenging the myths whilst supporting cancer charities. Inside you will find:

  • tips to make cooking & eating easier when times are challenging

  • ways to make food more appealing if taste and smell has been affected

  • a collection of recipes and snacks some of which pack a nutritional punch in smaller quantities when appetite is low

  • DON'T FORGET TO DONATE - we have chosen Maggie's Centres but any cancer charity important to you is fine. Let us know where your money has gone.
