  • Talk with other women in a safe, relaxed space about all things menopause

  • Learn about how menopause affects the body and long term health. Registered nutritionist Lynn Burns will talk through some of the ways that food can help reduce symptoms and improve long term health.

  • Eat delicious vegetarian food prepared by the hostess of the venue, Anita. An accomplished cook who ran a cookery school in Japan and will demonstrate the wonders of tofu and soya.

  • Walk and explore the beautiful countryside close by and get some exercise with fresh air and views. Be ready to take some photos.
