We are Lynn Burns and Dr Laura Wyness two Registered Nutritionists with the Association for Nutrition. We work together to help people navigate the myths and truths of eating well. Our courses are full of information and practical advice along with a selection of simple, nutritious recipes and links to great resources.

    We realise that food is more than just the sum of its nutrients. We focus much more on how to include more of the foods that many of us don't get enough of in tasty and easy ways, rather than demonising foods.
